At KidSPOT we want the enrollment process to go as smooth as possible. Our staff will go over each step of the process and happily provide explanation and assistance as you go.

Start by filling out the potential patient inquiry form to get your child on their way to becoming a KidSPOT Kiddo! After completing the form,  a KidSPOT employee will be contacting you to give further assistance on our enrollment process.
